As a devoted pet sitter who works remotely, I've found that certain minimum terms help us thrive together—your pets enjoy more companionship, and I stay productive.
This includes:

Fast, stable, reliable wifi access is required (at least 50 mbps up & down)

Backup power for working during load shedding is essential

Suitable security measures on the property
